SISSEL® Myofascia Double Ball is a self-massager designed to relax tense muscles in the back, neck, legs and arms, trigger points or reduce pain. This ball can relax deep muscles and tissues in hard-to-reach places. Due to the special shape of the ball (connected by two balls), it is possible to massage two parallel muscles at the same time, such as the trapezoidal, wide back muscles on both sides of the spine.
