Glucosamine is a natural amino monosaccharide that is synthesized in our body. Glucosamine has been used as a building material for the synthesis of proteoglycans, glycosaminoglycans and hyaluronic acid. These substances are involved in the formation of joint cartilage.
Chondroitin is a natural polymer found in cartilage and connective tissue. It is assumed that chondroitin helps to maintain cartilage elasticity, as well as to heal damaged cartilage and neutralize substances that contribute to cartilage degradation.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal production of collagen, which is necessary for the normal functioning of bones and cartilage.*
Long turmeric (Curcuma longa) extract standardized by curcuminoid content expressed as curcumin. It has been suggested that curcumin helps control inflammatory processes in the body.

Usage:
1 dose = 1 capsule per day.
The capsule should be swallowed whole with water or by opening the capsule and adding the contents to food or water.
