Structure of Askina® DresSil:
1) polyurethane protective film. Very breathable. Retains bacteria.
2) Hydrophilic foam layer. Soft and flexible. Excellent absorption capacity.
3) The silicone adhesive layer adheres well to the surrounding skin, removal is non-traumatic. The silicone layer is perforated to allow the exudate to escape through the foam layer.
Askina® DresSil Border is specially adapted for difficult to bandage or moving body areas (knees, elbows, skin folds, chest area, heels).
