How do our disinfection devices work?
Our patented devices spray a special disinfectant in the room, ensuring sterilization of all surfaces. This means a safe environment for you, your customers and colleagues.
Our devices are available in various variations to suit all occasions and room sizes, from the smallest Disinfect Med device - D-Med 30, which provides disinfection in an area of 200 m3, to D-Med 900, which covers an area of 5500 m3.
Our devices and disinfectants are completely safe. For safety reasons, it is not recommended for people to be in a room where disinfectant sprayers are activated. Also, after disinfection, the room needs to be ventilated before it is used again.
The Disinfect Med’s device is designed to ensure that the disinfectant fluid is converted from a liquid state to a colloidal dispersion. Using molecular fragmentation, the device injects microparticles of air disinfectant up to 5 microns at high speed and does not generate moisture. In addition, the aerosol particles are able to move in the environment using the air flow generated by the device, using the Brownian motion, saturating the treatment area in a short time.
Another important function of the device is that the disinfectant particles injected into the air with a negative electrostatic charge are able to bind the cell membranes of positively charged bacteria. Molecular attraction promotes contact between the disinfectant particle and the cell membrane, causing cell destruction and dissolution during lysis. The disinfectant not only acts on the air, but also gets on all visible surfaces. After disinfection, the room must be ventilated so that it can be used again.
