The orthosis is intended for use in children as a prophylactic treatment for the fixation, protection and resting of ligaments and soft tissues.
The LUX series orthosis uses a soft, breathable, very flexible neoprene laminated with Velcro on the outside and cotton on the inside. It has a universal design that allows one bandage to be used for different knee sizes, with a range from 20 to 36 cm. The structure is divided into separately adjustable zones above and below the knee joint. Using a Velcro fastener, the required degree of compression can be easily adjusted in each area and the bandage fixed to any of the available sizes. Spring-loaded inserts are sewn in to prevent wrinkles on the sides of the product.
The orthosis is heated, has a micromassage effect and a moderate compression effect. It improves blood circulation, stimulates metabolic processes in the skin, subcutaneous tissue, adipose tissue and muscles. The orthosis is used during the rehabilitation period after surgery in the knee area. In case of falls and bruises, during sports, as well as during physical activity - it protects against various injuries of the knee joint.
Individual incompatibility with any of the raw materials of the product, severe local skin conditions (use under medical supervision).
We recommend washing by hand in a soap solution at a temperature of + 40 ° C without the use of bleaching agents. Do not clean chemically, as the structure of neoprene degrades due to acid and alkali solvents as well as lubricants. After washing, do not spin and tumble dry. It is recommended to gently squeeze the bandage by hand without spinning and to dry it at least one meter away from the heaters. The product must not be dried in the sun or ironed.
