Use of an ORPO mattress
The use of the mattress is performed lying on its back in undressed form (the mattress should fit snugly against the body). Before performing the procedures, it is necessary to adjust the location of the vibrophones taking into account the individual characteristics of the user. Adjustment is made taking into account the length of the torso of an adult or adolescent: this increases the distance between the vibrophones in the cervical spine and in the lumbar spine.
It is enough to carry out the adjustment only once before the first use, provided that the mattress will be used only by one person. If the mattress will be used by several people, then adjustment for a specific user must be carried out each time before changing the user.
