Cold/Hot Compresses Set

Ideal for sprains, strains, swellings, burns. Also applicable to treat fever, head aches and haematomas. Available in sets of 2 sizes with terry cloth covers and velcro closing.

Ideal: 2 economy hot/cold compresses with a removable terry cloth cover with Velcro fastener.

While one compress is in use, the other can be heated or cooled.

Usage

As cold compress:

Place in a freezer for ca 2 hours prior to use. To prevent cold-burns, place a thin cloth between the compress and the skin. Or, refer to the Set below.

As hot compress:

Lay the compress in simmering water for approx. 5 to 10 minutes. To avoid burns, place a thin cloth or wet towel between the compress and the skin.
