Polaris is a one-time instant cooling package for first aid. The package maintains a temperature of 0 to -4 degrees for about 30 minutes. It contains a mixture of nitrogen salts and water. No ammonium nitrate.
Crush the water-filled bubble inside the package by pressing with both hands. Then shake vigorously to mix the inner contents. Put the cooling pack in the right place and keep it until you feel cold. For external use only.
