Splint set "Alfa Charlie" is designed to immobilize the arm, leg and ankle..
The brace kit consists of two braces that are twisted into a tube and tightened with
locking straps.
Splints are unpacked after unfastening the fastening straps and removing the arm and
ankle splint from the leg splint tube.
After unpacking the splints, they are already ready for use.
An arm splint is placed on the injured arm and the arm is immobilized by tightening the
locking straps. The position of the bent immobilized arm is fixed by connecting them
with belts on the neck with the help of a buckle.
The ankle is also immobilized with the help of the same arm brace. After placing the
brace on the ankle, the middle two locking straps are crossed, thus locking the brace
in the required position.
The leg brace can be used both together with the ankle brace and separately.
Dimensions of packaged braces: length 640 mm, diameter 100 mm.
Splint set "Alfa Charlie" is made of abrasion-resistant black PE-HD polyethylene. Technical
characteristics of PE-HD polyethylene board:
• Density: 0.95 g/cm³.
• Operating temperature from -50°C to +80°C;
• Thickness: 2 mm
• Color black
• The weight of the splint set is 0.8 kg.
The packaged braces fit perfectly into the Alfa Charlie stretcher mod. 03 interior and does not take up additional space during transport.
