Basic Warranty Terms

Each item purchased from Healthstore.com comes with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period may vary, as shown in the product description.

If you have any claims during the warranty period regarding the quality of the item you have purchased, you must contact the service provider named on the warranty certificate for the item, its warranty certificate, and payment.

Before putting the product into operation, please carefully read the instructions and check that the warranty card is properly filled in. The warranty card must include: Item Model, Serial Number, Date of Sale, Warranty Period. The guarantee voucher must be accompanied by a cashier's check or a receipt issued to you by our employee at the time of payment. No change to the voucher.

We have the right to refuse to accept a returned item if:

* the owner of the item has violated the warranty terms and conditions listed in the guarantee voucher;
* the warranty seals are defective;
* the product has mechanical damage;
* there has been improper handling, negligent handling of the product;
* is a design change not shown in the technical documentation;
* are damages caused by the penetration of liquids, insects or end products of their life processes inside the machinery.
